A little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but it's basically a little kiosk in the middle of Newport Mall. Service was really friendly and professional, especially Herrick, who helped me with my car. I was concerned that the car I reserved wasn't available, But I got a free upgrade, and the car was in excellent condition. Also, it's great to find a car rental that's open on Sunday!
