I made a reservation via the Sixt App and had additional insurance covering the excess provided through my credit card. Sebastian gave me a very efficient and informative check-in experience and his younger colleague inspecting the car was very friendly and accurate both during check-in and checkout. The car was a small upgrade to the initially booked category and fairly new with 18k kilometres on the clock. Great experience renting a car here for 5 days. The pickup process was painless, small scuffs / marks on the car were all checked and noted and then we were done in less than 15 minutes. The car was a nice VW Passat in really good condition and it drove well. Drop off was equally painless and quick.
