Overall absolutely perfect experience - felt lucky so initially went with the LuckyVehicle option for a cheap price, arrived at the Sixt location in Überlingen where i actually upgraded the vehicle from a Renault Captur to a BMW 520d for a small price difference. The personnel was really helpful with this and had a really friendly attitude although i am not from Germany and this rarely happens :) 10/10 would recommend!

Outstanding service! Had problems with my rental car from Frankfurt station and Sixt Ueberlingen have been the only ones really taking care and solving the problem, even though not rented through them. I used them previously and they are the best rental station team I ever dealt with. Super friendly and professionals. Highly recommended.
