Everything about our experience with Sixt was outstanding. We had never used them before so we were uncertain about what we would encounter. However, they were the only French based company who could supply an eight person passenger van. We picked up the car at the Champagne- Ardennes train station where Sixt doesn’t have an office. No problem. They told us to cross the street and pick up the keys and car at the hotel located there. The pick up took two minurptes and they supplied the exact car they promised. Drop off was at the same place. I wish every car rental experience was this good.

I've lived in Reims for 1.5 years and have rented from at least 4 different agencies here during that time; my 2 rentals from Sixt have been by far the easiest and best customer service experiences. They are very friendly, straightforward and do not try the annoying stuff that other companies try (upselling, saying they don't have the vehicle type you rented, etc).
