From the beginning to the end it was incredibly exceptionally good quality service. The beginning was the very first phone call. I think her name was Tasha- she answered quickly and was so very helpful, efficient, friendly and informative. Another superb worker was Twanda (forgive me if I misspelt either names)- exactly the same- wonderfully friendly, helpful, efficient. This "human" element of quality of service is worth everything. Everything. Also- the good hours of opening and the ability to return the car after work hours with a drop-off was an important added advantage. And on top of it all- the prices were excellent. Without hesitation I will go to them next time and not bother to even inquire elsewhere.
