We made the reservation at the wrong name and we only realized once we came to pick up the car. I was already worried about the additional price that would mean. Emanuele was our agent and honestly he was amazing. I highly recommend to talk to him once you arrive. First, he offered to connect us to the customer service in case they could simply change the name at no cost but it wasn't possible. They offered to refund fully our first booking and create another one. Then Emanuele suggested a similar model as the one we initially booked (which was slightly more expensive) and even when we were about to go with it, looked and found another one cheaper that would match our needs. Emanuele, was courteous, not pushy (they usually are especially when we talk about insurance) and since we have to book cars every 6 months in Bologna, I can safely say we would continue to book with them and see whether we can always interact with Emanuele.
