"My experience was excellent. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. The car was brand new, and the transportation from the airport to the facility was fast. I arrived very late in the evening and there weren't many customers to serve, so my paperwork went quickly and no pressure about additional insurance or extra fees was nice."
