• 31.01.2012- "Yes we Spain is different"

  The famous actor Carlos Latre come back to Barcelona to show us his play " Yes we Spain is different", the second part of " Yes we Spain". We could see his play in the Theatre Coliseum, since 6 of February till 19 of the same month. The play is about the present in Spain with a funny and crazy history. And we will have the thing that Carlos best know to do, imitations of famous characters. Carlos we will show politics topics, sports and the gossips TV like Belen Esteban o the Duchess of Alba. If you want to have a fun time, that´s your play.

• 19.05.2011- F1 in Montmeló

  This weekend the big circus of F1 arrives to Barcelona.
  The teams are already in Montmeló circuit and will fight again the whole weekend for the 2011 championship.
  Sebastian Vettel is oneof
  the favourites again, because, as it seems, Red Bull are the strongest this year.
  But also the rest of the starting grid will give everything.
  Enjoy another great weekend of engineroaring.

• 21.04.2011- Real Madrid wins "Copa del Rey"

  The first round goes for Real Madrid. With a extremly bad exhibition of dirty football, the "merengues" won against Barça 1-0.
  The catalans got one goal cancelled and although their football wasextremly better, they finally lost the first big deciding match.
  Hopfully they will achieve to win the Liga and the Championsleague..... At least, they deserve it way more.

• 06.04.2011- Shakira back in Barcelona

  Recently the colombian superstar announced that she will extend the scheduled events for her concerts in Europe.
  She will return to Madrid, Bilbao and also to Barcelona.
  This time not inthe
  big Palau Sant Jordi, but in the even bigger olympic stadium Lluis Companys.
  Stars like the Rolling Stones, Metallica, Coldplay or Police filled it up to the top. We will see if "She-Wolf"Shakira
  will have the same success.

• 03.03.2011- 110km/h limit

  The complicated situation in Libya and the whole arabian world, are increasing the petrol prices.
  Now the spanish government has decided to reduce again the top speed, this time to 110km/h.
  These
  changes are extremly confusing and it is quiet obvius that the "saving" will not be that
  important as they try to make us believe. The only one who will really take benefit of thisis the own
  government, as the speed tickets are going to increase.
  

• 15.01.2011- Shakira in Barcelona

  After shooting her last video here in Barcelona, the columbian singer has now rented a high luxury house next to Barcelona.
  Since a few days there are rumors about a relationship between her andBarça's Gerard Piqué, but the question is if it's only a short time stay or maybe she will definetly move to the Ciudad Condal.
  For the moment she is enjoying some snow days with her family inBaqueira.

• 10.10.2010- Heavy rain predictions in Barcelona

  From today, saturday 09/10/10 and until at least tuesday 12/10/10 there are some serious heavy rain predictions for the whole Catalunya area.Also in beatiful Spain sometimes the weather turns bad, but as there are many things to do in Barcelona where it does not matter if it's rainy or not, this is not a big deal.Just be very careful if you have to get on the road and drive.

• 16.08.2010- Lorenzo strikes again!!!

  After a breath taking MotoGP race in Brno this weekend, the spanish driver Jorge Lorenzo finished again in first position.It seems to be that with this last race, the chances for Valentino Rossi to win again this year's championship slowly fade away.Lorenzo nearly is mathematically this year's winner, and if he continues that strong and without heavy mistakes, it will be his firstMotoGP championship since he switched from 250cc.Although if Valentino would not be that bad injured maybe things would go a different direction, but things are as they are and it is to be said, that Lorenzo has extremly good driving skills and hefought hard also to get where he is now.There are still some races to enjoy until the end of the season. Let the best finally win!

• 05.08.2010- Spain is world champion!

  Last sunday Spain won it's first football world championship ever.After a rough and sometimes quiet unfair match from Holland, the spanish football team celebrated the great success.After already winning the European Championship, Spain seems now, with the actual team, to have found the right balance.We can expect more great football the next years, because the other teams will for sure not fall asleep.Congratualations Spain, enjoy the sweet taste of victory!!
