Very smooth process. I did my homework about the insurance before arriving so I knew what to expect. Vicky was very nice and helpful. She showed the three options for insurance and did not push anything I did not want. They did a thorough inspection of the car and encouraged me to take my own video of the car before driving away. I have never experienced that which I appreciated. This way there is no disagreement when dropping off the car. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this location.
