Go onto the A643 to Mainz Mombach. Pass the first roundabout straight and follow the road for about 5km. You will see the main station on the left hand side. You reach a crossover from which you can see the parking garage City Port on the left side. At the next traffic light go left up an uphill grade an pass the next traffic light. The Sixt branch is located on the upper level (level 6) of the parking garage City Port.
