Google maps doesn't really have you drop off at the proper location. There is a parking lot on the left. I over shot the lot and one if the guys there took the time to come up and return the car. He was super helpful and it made it so I didn't miss my train. They were very accommodating and if I ever need to rent a car in Europe again I will be sure to use Sixt.

Friendly and competent rental counter staff took care of the paperwork and got us on the road in about 10 minutes. Our Audi compact car was virtually new with all the "bells and whistles". It would be helpful if the Sixt rental counters had a multi-lingual pamphlet describing their recommendation for taking the Loss Damage Waiver even for those who have "Third-party" insurance. The woman at the counter did her best to explain in broken English but it took several tries before I understood her. This is not a criticism of her; her English was far better than my French!
