Friendly and helpful staff, managed to get hold of a car last minute due to cancelled train.
Friendly staff. Car had faulty auto-stop they didn't tell us about till we had to ask what all the warning signals were. Paid the crazy 90Euros for snow chains only to find we were given snow shoes which were far too large for the tyres. They did work , but made a terrible noise with other cars and pedestrians pointing at them as they looked like they were coming off. However we were pleased that Sixt refunded the 90euro when shown photos of badly they fitted.
Fantastic customer service from both of the guys that served us today. The car is great too, an upgrade of the car we requested.
