The rental contract did not have the address where to return the vehicle. Also we order a gps but when we arrived they did not have them since they expected you to use your phone. We did not have internet so we got stuck, but they gave us a chilean phone (theirs) that we add a chip to map our way to the hotel.Besides that, the experiece was perfect. Awesome cust services.

Very easy process, shuttle from airport brought us to the sixt rental area (very quick 3 minutes). New rental car. Easy explanations on protocols. Return was even easier. Would consider renting with sixt again at other locations thanks to this professional and positive experience we had in Chile.

Initially there was a miscommunication about our pick up time. Apparently they close early on New Year's Eve, however this was not reflected on their website or anywhere that we could find. So we showed up one hour after their early close (but still within normal hours), and had to wait until the next morning to pick up our car. When the attendant heard about this, he gave us an upgrade on our car, from economy to a nice SUV. Overall, other than the miscommunication, service was good and we had no other problems.
