Location plan - how you find us
Upon arrival, please call +61 1300 660 660 (national hotline) or +61 402 062 592 (local mobile) to request courtesy pickup. Please then arrivals hall (Northern Arrivals end nearthe A/B exit). Our shuttle driver will come inside to meet you holding a name board. You will then be transferred to our local office around 5-10 minutes drive away to pick up your rental car. To ensure your car will be held for you in case of any flight delays, please make sure your arrival flight details are updated on our booking system before you board your flight.
If you are catching a flight after your rental, you must return the car to our local office (2 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot) at least 2 hours before your estimated flight departure. Our local staff member will then transfer you from the local office to your departure terminal. Our local office must be notified in advance of any flight departure changes so we can accommodate your rental return. Additional fees may apply for any pickups or dropoffs outside regular opening hours or on public holidays, or if our rental car is left at the airport instead of our local office.
