Positively surprised by our experience. We were stressed by 1h collection window but we got there on time. We were offered a different car (Cupra Formentor instead of a small estate) by a very relax team of Sixt. We managed to compress ourselves to it even with 2 kids and kitesurf bag - the team did not now there was a false floor in the boot. The car was pretty much new and automatic which was nice. No one tried to scam us on return either - we returned on time with a bit extra petrol. We clean the car before as well as Sicily is shockingly dusty especially if you do kitesurfing. We left the key in a box on return and only a week later we got an invoice with 0 to pay extra - I know, shocking! Keep it that way Sixt!

Not the cheapest but service was really good.. no long lines, upgraded and good car. AdBlue was empty during our trip but got the costs back a month later. Pick up and drop of was super fast and right at the airport.
