What can I say? Aside from never failing to provide top-notch cars no matter in which EU country you are, Sixt provides top-notch customer service. It’s always a delight to work with Sixt! We were taken care of by Giulia, one super friendly and competent employer. She was very kind, understanding and helped us find a decent alternative to the car we originally picked. My favourite part is that I also got to practice some Italian phrases I learned for the trip during my conversation with her!
